Team Time update

TWO things to share about our TEAM TIME this past weekend. First, Betti won our drawing for those in attendance and its this CUTE puppy just begging for hugs. Everyone loved hearing his voice:) And next is the card she brought for us each to make. Now the hard time I had was not distressing the edges so imagine it cleaner than mine turned out. Thanks Betti! Its a super cute card to make and we are so happy you shared it with us.

Its so amazing to see the creativity of angels. I am always enjoying the company of other teammates and this weekend was just perfectly fun! How would you like hanging out and stamping for hours and hours, eating great snacks and learning along with laughing. Well this time it was our Midwest Angel Gathering. what a great time...Everyone brought a shoebox project which means they had created a project, and had the materials with directions for all to create one themselves. This weekend we had 25 cool projects and a challenge card where you had to use what was in one big box to make a unique card. Just take in all the fun we had! I hope to see you all at the next one. You just gotta love hanging with Angels!

Stamping Gala was AMAZING!

Thanks to all the stamping and scrapbooking enthusiasts! We had a blast at the Annual Twin Cities Stamping Gala in Brooklyn Center Minnesota. Earle Brown Center is such an awesome facility. Here are a few photos to share with you from the event. Above is the team we put together to serve you the best at our booth! Comments from papercrafters included " We loved the personal service at your booth. We spent an HOUR there!" and "Your free make and takes were great. My friends and I had such fun!"

AMAZING isnt it that the year flew by and we are onto another fun weekend? Here is a sneak peek into our awesome Friday Night special make and take. REmember that our angelic make and takes are ALWAYS free to you. We appreciate you taking the time to hang out and shop so come and make one of these aweseome brag tags sure to show off your fave kids or pets...how about both? hee hee

So here is my lovely daughters Maia 18, and Sara 16. madison is in there too but you cant see her hanging on my purse. She is 9 already. I tied some ribbons to the ring I used to hang the tags on my purse. How stinin cute???? the other brag tag above is my two boys, Adam 11 and Mike 14...

Here is one of our awesome classes featured at the stamping convention here in the twin cities. First of all this cool project is perfect for those of us that love a fast and fun scrapbook without making a big book! Its the scrapbook in a tin class and you are going to adore making it. We started out with these 5x7 tins that include the folded cardstock (heavy duty of course) and two covers. Now we didnt use these covers for the class so you can do all sorts of things later with them. You can make another project, and remember to use that cropodile cause that is the BEST for making holes to hang things. Its fun...

So anyway, the class with the scrapbook in a tin, and all that makes these awesome pages is just $25 and includes all supplies as well:) Contact Bonnie about signing up or your local Angelette to get your name on the list. EAch of our classes is just for 8 special stampers so hurry and sign up.

Second Class, Memory box with cool cards! For the Stamping Convention in Minneapolis

My favorite stamping convention is almost here! Hooray! The thing I love about this one the best is the small feeling and that there is so much room for everyone. AND that you can have enough time at each booth to really learn. Here is our second class I am showing off today. I started with the Spring Supplement from The Angel Company where we have brand new awesome project cards. If you have not gotten yours yet, let me know so we can get them off to you. The Memory Box is shown at the official TAC site too, the one they made anyway.

I started by using the Juliette papers and coordinated accessories like ribbon, and hardware. I didn’t have that awesome floral labels yet, so I used all the cute tags that come with the papers! There are gazillions of them in the kit too. There in one photo is where I edged a bunch of them with brown ink so they were ready to use when I wanted to stamp them and go.

I think it will be a great fun project to complete as well in our class. Let me know so we can get you all signed up. Classes are just under 2 hours, $25 and that includes the card box and 8 cards, enough of everything all ready to go to complete it too. Also the kits can be bought for just $15 plus shipping to you if you cant come that weekend…

FUN at our catty debut party

We sure had a lot of fun so thought we would share these awesome pics of our weekend event.

First is a couple cool projects we made, total was 5 and it was great to create with new product.

These cute calendars used the sheer coasters as the base and they even had the hole punched in them already! A cropodile would have worked super if needed as those punch through just about everything.

January FUN! San Antonio and more

WOW! what a great time we had in San Antonio for The Angel Company winter retreat and leadership event. here are some specTACular photos for you to see:) First is Dee Dee and her lovely Mom who I got to hang out in the Menger Bar with while being entertained by the bartender. Yes we will always remember his penguin story!

Next is Lyssa Gorse and Annette (me) hee hee. We had a lot of fun hamming it up for the cam as usual didnt we?

And then here is Poki! we were having lunch together and it took about 9 photos to get her to smile really cute...angels are a lot of work! whew!!! ok just kiddin sweetie.

The most blessed part of this is that the babys mama is Angela Ricketts, my angel granddaughter and her mama Cindy Goebel is my angel daughter! I was so excited to see that Mikayla was being featured at the TAC site:) She was just a new baby when we attended seminar in June, and she tried on these adorable wings there. Yes, she is an angel.

GOOD MORNING! I am so excited to share this idea with you...I had a chat with my friend and we came up with this super cute idea! Our gift with purchase stamps come in these CUTE little clear boxes. Well I have accumulated TONS of them so started to bring them to FUNshops for a project. Last night this is the one we made.

First we stamped on the inside of the box in black stazon, using the sweet Christmas tree from the stamp set CHEERS!

On the outside, we colored with the AMAZING Gelly Glaze Pens!

Tie a cute bit of curling ribbon and you have this adorable little container for photos, candies, cash or other ideas. It can hang on the tree or make a mini magnet for the fridge.

Hey guess who came to visit me this weekend? Stephanie and Michele. We hung out on Saturday night, Michele brought Chicken Tetrazzini for dinner and that is a big deal with all the family home! Brittany and my daughter Madison adore eachother and had a blast playing littlest pet shop. (like barbie but animals) Here is a late night shot into the pink stamproom!

Sharing our team swaps today just came naturally! I always love participating in the swap and try each month. Today as I peeked into our folders of fun cards etc...I thought you might like to take a peek too. Here is one from May this year, that Julie Robinson made. The reason I thought you would love it is the cool idea of taking SCRAPPERS FLOSS and using that as an embellishment with buttons!

The second card from Laurie Delaittre stars our awesome WING IT pads of paper. There are so many, and you dont have to really make a fancy schmancy card, as the papers show lots of personality themselves:) ENJOY!

A cute project to share with you!

Good morning and happy tuesday to you as well...I thought this morning I would show a cute project from the weekend stamp camp the team had. So here is a fun and easy project to try...

First we started with the Palette Reflection Blue ink which I adore. You can get 4 colors of this ink for just $7.95 and they are color coordinated sets! Its fast drying too! We stamped that with the giraffe, and the saying and if you look really carefully you can see the stitches we stamped with it too.

Then we glued the flower to the bookmark (which pulls out of the pocket) and then glued the ribbon tied with a simple knot to the center of the flower.

Lastly we stapled the coordinated ribbon to the tag, and adhered the pocket along with blue cardstock to the white base. Then we just slipped the bookmark into the pocket and we are all finished! VOILA!

Whats the easiest thing about this project? The colored cardstock comes in coordinated colors along with the toodle loo papers, and the tags are a full sheet with it. Even the ribbon is coordinated with that and the ink is right on the same page in the catalogue so you can see it all. We even have coordinated metals along with each of the 9 new collections. Enjoy it all!
